How Cuflo uses Google Ads
Each business connects its own Google Ads account to its Cuflo workspace, with the account owner's authorisation, and sees only its own data. Cuflo reads campaign, ad group, keyword, search term, auction insight and conversion performance through the Google Ads API and shows it beside the business's other channels and its enquiries, so results are judged on enquiries and jobs won rather than clicks. Reporting covers every campaign type in the account, including Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping and Video.
Campaign creation and management for Search and Performance Max campaigns is in development, with November 2026 as the target. Cuflo will draft campaigns from a business's own knowledge base and goals, preview them with budget guardrails, and publish nothing until the business owner approves each change inside Cuflo. Read-only keyword planning is planned alongside, for keyword research and market sizing.
The signed-in product lives at app.cuflo.com. Every Google Ads API call runs on Cuflo's servers, data is stored per business, and disconnecting an account deletes its stored access immediately. See our privacy policy and data deletion page.
